Tuition Payment Options & Discounts - All AIA families must enroll in FACTS Tuition Management and sign up for automatic payments via credit cards or bank drafts. Late payments or early contract termination will result in loss of discount. We offer 3 payment options:
Payment Option 1 - Tuition paid in full in July - 5% discount given
Payment Option 2 - Tuition split in 2 payments - 1/2 paid in July, 1/2 paid in January - 2% discount given
Payment Option 3 - Tuition split in 10 monthly payments (July - April)
Sibling Discount - Families with multiple students attending AIA pay full tuition for the oldest child and then receive a 5% discount for each additional student’s net tuition. The sibling discount is in addition to the annual or semi- annual discount received. Late payments will result in loss of discount.
Annual Enrollment Fee - There is an annual non-refundable enrollment fee for all new and returning students. The fee is $350 for Primary and Elementary students and $175 for Pre-Primary students.
Primary Orientation Fee - Any student new to the Primary classroom will be required to attend orientation and pay the $125 orientation fee. Orientation days are listed on the school calendar.
Field Trip Fee - Kindergarten through 8th grade students will have a maximum of 4 field trips. The charge per trip is $40/student. Upper Elementary overnight field trip is $200/student. This helps cover the cost of the bus and entrance fees to the various venues. All students are required to pay the field trip fee regardless of attendance.
Upon receipt of the enrollment fee for the student, AIA prepares its financial projections, (including contracting with teachers and ordering supplies), determines class availability, and further invests accordingly relying on the tuition and enrollment fee for the upcoming school year. If at any time after the enrollment fee has been paid for the student and the student's enrollment is withdrawn prior to commencement of the school year, an administrative fee of $2000 per child will be immediately owed by the family to process the withdrawal. The obligation to pay all deposits, annual tuition, and fees is unconditional upon execution of this enrollment contract. No portion of these fees will be refunded due to absence from school. No financial credit is given because a student misses class as the result of illness, family vacation, school holidays or travel. However, should circumstances require you to terminate your contract/withdraw your student, you are required to notify AIA in writing 30 days prior to student's last day of school. Pro-rated tuition will be based upon this 30-day notice withdrawal date. A withdrawal penalty of 20% of the remaining annual tuition will be due immediately. In the case of pre-paid tuition, a prorated tuition refund will be made based on the 30- day notice withdrawal date minus any discounts given and the withdrawal penalty of 20%. If AIA determines that a student is not a good fit for our program and the student is asked to leave the school, financial obligations of the family would terminate immediately. Enrollment fees are non-refundable. Student records will not be released until all financial obligations are met.The parties agree that if a dispute arises regarding any provisions or policies in this agreement, then the parties shall first seek to resolve it through mediation. If AIA herein commences an action to enforce the terms of this agreement, then AIA shall be entitled to an award of costs and attorney fees.
